I hope you enjoy it. :) FINAL THOUGHTS Theodore Tugboat is a charming Canadian show aimed chiefly at younger children, although viewers od any age can enjoy it. The stories are set in Halifax, Canada, and revolve around the daily lives of tugboats working in Big Harbour and experiencing situations relatable to little (and big) ones.
