Chris Thorndyke vs Icy! (story)

 Before we start...

Hi everybody, 

hello kids!

I know I haven't done this in a rather long time, but here I am. Another Chris Thorndyke story, requested by one of my friends. I hope he doesn't mind the fact I made some alterations to what he proposed, I just thought Icy was a tad more suitable for the story.

Anyway, here we go!

Chris Thorndyke vs Icy 

It was a seemingly normal day for Chris Thorndyke and his family. The young boy was helping his mum, with the roses while his siblings were frolicing in the graden. Chris wanted to join them and play along, but he knew that duty had to come first. The sun was beating down on the dwellers of the small cottage and the work seemed to go well, when suddenly...

- What's that dog doing here?! - screamed Tea in horror, as a large, grey dog jumped in front of her and started to growl.

- Tea! - said Chris, concern clear in his voice. For a while, the boy felt petrified at the sight of the canine, but then, he mustered the courage to chase it away from his sister. The dog jumped the fence and ran into the forest, dragging Chris along!

- Chris! - exclaimed Tea, rushing to her brother's rescue. But it was too late - the dog already managed to take Chris away. The girl embarked on the journey to find Chris and bring him home.

The grey dog stopped at nearest the glade, a muddied Chris right next to it. The boy tried to get up, but the animal knocked him down every time he tried to do so.

- Well - the dog suddenly spoke. - You can't do anything now,  haha.

- What?! - replied a flabbergasted Chris. 

Then, something strange began to happen. The dog transformed!

- J-just who are you?! - stuttered Chris, utterly appalled.

- I'm Icy! - replied the witch, as Stormy and Darcy emerged from behind her. - Catch him, girls! - she commanded and the two other Trix started casting spells to capture Chris!

In the meanwhile, Tea was was growing worried sick. She kept looking for her brother, far and wide, and this went on and on for hours. 

Finally, she stumbled upon a group of four turtle brothers training nearby. She felt a bit shy at first, but after a while, she stepped up and approached their leader.

- Excuse me, sir - said Tea shyly - Could you tell me where did a certain grey-furred dog with blue eyes go? 

- But of course, I saw it go west, towards the glade - replied the leader of the turtles. - My name is Leonardo. These are Raphael, Donatello and Michaelangelo. We've got our differences, but we try out best to work as a team -.

- That's splendid! - Tea replied with delight. 

- You heard what Leo said, missy - spoke Raphael - Come with us -.

- And if the situation calls for it, we'll contact our penguin friends for support - said Donatello.

- Great! - replied Tea, as all five hit the road to save Chris.

In the meanwhile, Chris was having a tough time against the Trix. The witches kept casting the powerful spells, but he kept dodging them, but to little avail. Finally, Icy managed to catch him into her Cage of ice! Poor Chris needed saving, unable to escape his trap.

Then, Tea and the turtle brothers arrived, and they had a clever plan...

First, Mikey went on to distract the three witches with his crazy antics and agility. Later, Donatello used the traps he constructed to capture all the Trix. 

However, Icy used her magic to set herself free.

- Oh, man! - said Donatello. - I almost got her!

- Well, do you think I'm that airheaded, you green oaf? - Icy laughed sneakily.

Suddenly, four silhouettes of penguins appeared right before Icy's blue eyes.

- Alright, boys, let's do the thing! - exclaimed Skipper, and the penguins joined Tea and the ninja turtles.

While Skipper, Private and Kowalski were busy helping the turtles keep the Trix at bay, Tea used the saw that Rico churned out to cut through Icy's cage and free her little brother.

When all was said and done, Chris was now save and ready to head back home with his sister. The children thanked their new friends for the rescue and they hit the road home, disappearing into the blue dusk.
