An important update!

  Hi everyone! Hi, kids!  So, it's been quite a while since I last published anything on here. I know, that's a rather big shame, and darn, I feel like I need to finally get some new works out! But anyhow, I've got some very good news for all of you - my blog should be fully back the coming February. :) This was Yours Truly, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and that children enjoyed the gifts they got. Chris Thorndyke vs Icy! (story)

  Before we start... Hi everybody,  hello kids! I know I haven't done this in a rather long time, but here I am. Another Chris Thorndyke story, requested by one of my friends. I hope he doesn't mind the fact I made some alterations to what he proposed, I just thought Icy was a tad more suitable for the story. Anyway, here we go! Chris Thorndyke vs Icy  It was a seemingly normal day for Chris Thorndyke and his family. The young boy was helping his mum, with the roses while his siblings were frolicing in the graden. Chris wanted to join them and play along, but he knew that duty had to come first. The sun was beating down on the dwellers of the small cottage and the work seemed to go well, when suddenly... - What's that dog doing here?! - screamed Tea in horror, as a large, grey dog jumped in front of her and started to growl. - Tea! - said Chris, concern clear in his voice. Jungle Beat (TV series) - mini-review

  BASIC INFO  Directed by: Brent Dawes Country: South Africa  Year: 2003 Language: English (no dialogue) Runtime: 5 minutes Suitable for ages: 3+  REVIEWER'S SCORE   Animation: 7/10 Writing: 6/10 Characters: 6/10 Sound design: 8/10 OVERALL: 6/10 FINAL NOTES: Although of an acceptable quality for a show aimed at younger kids and 5 times more tolerable than something like  PAW Patrol , Jungle Beat offers very little for older children & parents to enjoy. Which is NOT a bad thing in and of itself. ☺ However, I must stress, there are better shows for toddlers and pre-school aged children, like The Adventures of Chuck & Friends and Gazoon. In conclusion, there's no harm in letting your little ones watching this show, but don't expect to be carried away by it yourself.  BEFORE WE GO...
